They were overacting too much and it sounded like they were characters in a movie made in the 30's, not about the 30's (I think they were trying really hard to sound exactly like recordings of Pervis and Hoover and they just couldn't pull it off). All in all it was just boring and I didn't really care much about any of the characters. From about 20 minutes in I was just like "eh" and they never won me back from there.

I didn't know too much about the story of John Dillinger so it's not like I knew exactly what was going to happen, quite the opposite really. And I was watching it on Blu Ray through a 54" Panasonic with my Onkyo 6.1 system doing the sound duties so I think I got pretty close to the theatrical experience. And I generally like those kind of films too. Just not this one.
completely disagree with this..go see the movie! This was just how a movie like this should be made. A+

I was totally disappointed with The Box. It wasn't a really bad movie, but it went in a totally different direction than I thought it would.

I can honestly say that I wasn't disappointed with this movie, because I didn't expect much. If you enjoy the hotness of Megan Fox you will enjoy this movie. The plot is pretty stupid, but what horror movie actually has a good plot?

Movie was absolutely shitty. The only good thing about it was the extremely hot mexican girl.

Last movie I watched in the theater, Avatar, was fricking awesome! I was watching Harry Potter 2 last night on my laptop. That's a pretty dope series.

Cheshire Cat: If I were looking for a white rabbit, I'd ask the Mad Hatter.
Alice: The Mad Hatter? Oh, no no no.
Cheshire Cat: Or, you could ask the March Hare, in that direction.
Alice: Oh, thank you. I think I'll see him.
Cheshire Cat: Of course, he's mad, too.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
Cheshire Cat: Oh, you can't help that. Most everyone's mad here.
Cheshire Cat: You may have noticed that I'm not all there myself

Thanks, I almost downloaded that out of curiosity.

So I just got The Three Investigators and the Secret of Terror Castle.
Brand new movie, but major nostalgia points, as its a movie made from a book series (well the first book) I used to read as a kid written by Alfred Hitchcock.

Anyway it got some good reviews so lookin forward to checking it out
