How about a Tecknosounds Ustream channel

all these Teknosounds 3rd party web services (e.g. ustream, soundcloud, etc) don't make sense to me. the whole point of these web services is that they're free and easy to use for the individual.

it makes far more sense to have a thread for each service where TS members can post a pink to their individual page(s).

Hmm iono about Ustream. There are plans in the near future to be adding radio broadcasting to the site, might even go with video too.

As far as SoundCloud, Jim I'm not quite sure to what you're referring to. I set up a group on there, but its more that so people on there can be affiliated with the site should they choose. You don't see me pushing folks to use it or anything. Especially since I'm about to put out a new download manager, so will be back to hsoting myself.

Yeah I just thought that the ustream channel might be nice on slow nights. Someone could just jump on and spin some tracks and chat with everyone

More than welcome to start one up if ya like and want to manage it

Sometime soonish (like next couple months) will prolly be lookin at moving to a dedicated server and will start offering a radio station, which'll allow for live feeds as well.
