nice. im not getting those results.. yet.. but i hope to in a few weeks.
harvested over 5 lbs of Swiss Chard (out of two containers),
but I didn't take pics of the other container (Fordhook, white stem).
lettuce, harvested 2.7 lbs (one container)
Cabbage, Copenhagen Market Early (2.9 lbs)
only four heads of cabbage left. I'll have to harvest them all w/in the next two-three weeks.
harvested 3.4 lbs of spinach (two containers, pics previously posted)
there would have been more, but some of it had already started bolting (flowering);
so I threw those in the compost bin.
harvested the last two heads of the Copenhagen Market Early Cabbage
(until the end of the year) -
3.45 and 3.7 lbs.
*two heads of cabbage were not usable

haven't been documenting my garden-type business.
last Season I had a pretty mediocre production from my nightshades (tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant).
I did grow butternut squash (for the first time) and had excellent output from those.
also, my okra and cucumbers did really well.
I was able to pickle about 150 quarts of cucumbers (including some w/ habanero & ghost peppers),
and I was able to pickle about 80 pints of okra (including some w/ habanero & ghost peppers).
(I sell/barter my extras to a friend.)
in a week (or week and a half),
I'll have to start my tomato and pepper seed trays (indoors).
jimmy any pickled cucumbers this yr?
last year (2014), I took clones of my Spring/Summer tomatoes for my Fall crop.
it was pretty successful.
I'm going to do it again this year, b/c seed prices just keep going up.
